TOP TIPS
The best and easiest way to incorporate the recommended fluid intake into your day is by drinking out of a smart hydration water bottle which has a capacity of 1- 2 liters or anywhere in between. Smart hydration bottles with a fruit infuser and motivational time markings encourage healthy hydration habits as well as the ability to know how much you are drinking.
WARNING
Please note that although rare, over-hydrating with any fluid can happen and in extreme cases can be dangerous. [3]
